Find out if your YouTube channel looks like one about to be terminated.

TubeSafe scans any channel and scores how closely its patterns match the faceless channels suspended in the January 2026 enforcement wave. No login. No OAuth. Just a compliance score.

Free during beta. Works on any public YouTube channel.

What we check

Five behavioral signals, scored on the last 50 uploads of any channel.

Upload cadence

Measures variance in upload timing. Clockwork posting with no scheduling signature is how reviewers flag automation.

Video duration

Detects assembly-line runtimes where every video clusters around the same length, a signature of production templates.

Title patterns

Jaccard similarity across recent titles, plus template detection: bracket tags, leading-word lockstep, emoji density.

Thumbnail similarity

Perceptual hashing across recent thumbnails. Near-identical layouts with only text swapped are a documented flag.

Reviewer focus

Checks the exact subsets a YouTube reviewer examines first: your newest uploads and your top-viewed videos.

About section

Empty, short, or template-like About sections trigger a separate flag. Reviewers read this first.

How it works

Install, open, scan. No account required.

Install

Add TubeSafe from the Chrome Web Store. Works in Chrome, Brave, and any Chromium browser.

Visit a channel

Go to any YouTube channel page. TubeSafe injects a compliance badge into the channel header automatically.

Read the score

A 0–100 score with a risk band, a breakdown of all five signals, and specific fixes for anything flagged.

Privacy-first by design

TubeSafe doesn't know who you are. It doesn't need to.

  • No account, no login, no OAuth. Works on any public channel.
  • No personal data collected. A random device ID is stored locally to enforce the 25 scan/day rate limit — nothing else.
  • No tracking, no analytics, no third-party scripts on the landing page or in the extension.
  • Only public YouTube data is analyzed, via the official YouTube Data API. Nothing from your Google account is accessed.
  • Uninstall removes everything. No server-side data is linked to your identity.

One honest disclaimer

TubeSafe is not a prediction of YouTube action. It is an automated heuristic that flags pattern similarity to recently terminated channels. A green score is not a guarantee your channel is safe. A red score is not an endorsement of policy violation. Use it as one signal among many when deciding how to operate your channel.
